1. Choose and register your company name; Evershine will help you to complete the application form INO1
2. Register for company address
3. Choose a Standard Industrial Classification of economic activities (SIC) code (according to business activity — can be up to 4 SIC codes)
4. File the incorporation and business registration applications with Companies House
4. Register for VAT and PAYE with HMRC
3. Appoint company directors and secretaries

* Requirements:
1. Suitable company name
2. Minimum paid-up capital of £1
3. Minimum 1 director and 1 shareholder (can be non-UK residents)
4. Address for the company
5. SIC code (code that identifies what your company does)

* Required documents:
1. Company name, address, and business activity
2. Details of directors and secretary of the company
3. Share capital and shareholders’ details
4. Details of a person with significant control
5. Standard Industry Classification (SIC code)

**The UK allows you to use your account from abroad, as long as you make it clear that you are using a foreign bank account. But it’s always better to have a UK bank account because it makes it easy to trade.
1. Generally, the Chairperson will need to be present in front of the bank.
2. We suggest you apply the Internet bank function with three roles as a Maker, Reviewer, and Approver.

國稅稅務證號申請 (永輝代號:ELI-FTC)

**Company needs to have 10-digit Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) before registering to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
**Information needed by HMRC:
1. Company’s registration number
2. Date you started to do business (company’s first accounting period)
3. Date of annual accounts are made up to
**Company needs to file Company Tax Return, even if you make a loss or have no corporation tax to pay.

**In the UK, the company must register for VAT with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) if business’ VAT taxable turnover is more than £85,000.
**When you register, you’ll be sent a VAT registration certificate.
This confirms:
1. your VAT number
2. when to submit your first VAT Return and payment
3. your ‘effective date of registration’ – this is the date you went over the threshold or the date you asked to register if it was voluntary
**Required information: details of turnover, business activity, and bank details.

海關進出口證申請服務 (永輝代號:ELI-CIE)

Before your company imports or export, you have to get this license.

社會保險證號申請服務 (永輝代號:ELI-LIC)

You must get Employers’ Liability (EL) insurance as soon as you become an employer – your policy must cover you for at least £5 million and come from an authorized insurer.

啟動公司業務申請服務之政府規費 (永輝代號:ELI-GOV)

政府規費，包括啟動公司業務申請政府部門收取的費用，此費用將有政府收據。

啟動公司業務申請服務之代墊款 (永輝代號:ELI-OPE)
